Mild bodied with light notes of wheat. Soft mouthfeel that goes well with a pairing of fruit in the fermenter. Blueberries, Raspberries and other dark berries work great. Sourness will depend on yeast selection or kettle souring methods. A great summer drink that is extremely popular at the moment. Don't forget to add some salt!
Recommended mash temp: 61℃ - 69℃
